Jinoy Viswan
CEO & Director, Contract Claims | Aegis Project Management Consultancy
Jinoy Viswan is an engineer and construction contracts specialist with more than 30 years of experience in contract management, construction claims, Extension of Time claims, and dispute resolution.
His career includes senior executive leadership within EPC organisations and direct involvement in complex project delivery, contractual administration, commercial risk management, and claims strategy, primarily across India and the United Arab Emirates.
As CEO of Aegis Project Management Consultancy, Jinoy leads a specialist practice focused on construction contracts, claims, delay analysis support, entitlement protection, dispute strategy, and employer-side claim defence.
His sector experience covers hydrocarbons, ports, process industries, smelters, power plants, desalination, infrastructure, industrial fabrication, and commercial developments. He has advised contractors, subcontractors, and employers on high-value projects where time, cost, liquidated damages, variations, delayed approvals, payment constraints, and contractual exposure required structured intervention.
Aegis now supports assignments across eight countries, assisting clients to strengthen their contractual posture, preserve entitlement, defend against unsupported claims, and secure time and cost outcomes where the records and contract support such relief.
