Jinoy Viswan is the Founder and Director of Aegis PMC, a Dubai-based consultancy specialising in construction contracts, claims, delay analysis and dispute resolution.
With more than 30 years of experience across EPC, infrastructure and industrial projects, he has advised contractors, employers and project tearns on some of the most complex and high-value projects in the region and beyond.
